Dianne Kerry

 We are delighted to have Executive Chef Dianne Kerry further enhancing the Zoos' culinary team.  A Collingwood local, Dianne has previously worked at Panama Dining Room, St Jude's Cellars and Rice Queen.  She is a keen advocate for sustainable seafood and the "paddock to plate" philosophy.  Take a look at the new Lakeside Bistro menu and we think you'll agree that dining at the Zoo has improved in leaps and bounds!
