Overview
Liberty Catering Concepts operates in an industry that provides many services, including the provision of food and beverage, entertainment and cultural experiences.

The performance and practices of our employees directly impacts on the visitors' experience and is fundamental to the overall success of our business and our partnership with Zoos Victoria.

Staff training
All employees receive onsite tailored customer service training. This training provides a framework that is reflected in our Behaviours and Competencies Guidelines and reflects the vision of the company and business partners.

Our qualified trainer is heavily involved in the operations to give first hand feedback and 'on the job' training where required. Group Service Standards’ Training is conducted on a monthly basis for all new employees and to reinvigorate existing employee’s skills and behaviours.

Rewards and recognition
Liberty Catering Concepts strives to be an Employer of Choice. Staff are rewarded on a regular basis for great performance, outstanding customer service and demonstrated commitment to our green strategies.

Succession planning
All employees as part of performance planning and development are given the opportunity to develop into leaders. Part of our strategy is to cross train, position swap during annual leave and ensure that all team members are given training to fulfill roles that are sometimes greater than they are currently performing.
