All employees receive onsite tailored customer service training. This training provides a framework that is reflected in our Behaviours and Competencies Guidelines and reflects the vision of the company and business partners.
Our qualified trainer is heavily involved in the operations to give first hand feedback and 'on the job' training where required. Group Service Standards’ Training is conducted on a monthly basis for all new employees and to reinvigorate existing employee’s skills and behaviours.
